Best For You is Emma's thesis film from Emily Carr University, co-directed with Bailey Martin, inspired by her experience with outside perception around growing up queer.
Tea Time is a short film created during Emma's junior year at Emily Carr University.
It has screened at film and animation festivals worldwide including the Ottawa International Animation Festival in 2022 as part of the Canadian Student Category.
Baby Oil is a short film created for the 48 hour challenge at Emily Carr University.
Inspired by Jonni Phillips and Victoria Vincent's Stilton's In Charge,
Baby Oil decides to take back control of his life.

Emma Mckay is a 22 year old filmmaker and animator.Emma grew up in the suburbs of Vancouver, BC, just close enough to the city to dip her toes in. Emma's grandma loves to tell the story of how she navigated to "barbie.com" all by herself at the age of 3.
